TOKYO, Japan – July 7, 2020 – ORIX Hotel Management Corporation (“ORIX Hotel Management”) announced that Cross Hotel Kyoto will be recommencing operation from August 1, 2020.
The recommencement of operation is being carried out under the “With COVID-19 – Management and Service Policy” and guidelines formulated by ORIX Hotel Management which are based on the “New Lifestyle” announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as well as guidelines by industry groups such as the guidelines on dealing with COVID-19 for the hospitality industry. In addition, the hotel will work on establishing a system so as to be able to welcome guests in a fully prepared state, such as procuring and installing the necessary items within the hotel based on the new policy and simultaneously confirming operation with hotel staff and conducting practical training for them.
Requests regarding limitations to use
- The restaurant & bar “KIHARU Brasserie” is open for breakfast and lunch & cafe until further notice. Opening hours will be as follows:
・Breakfast : 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.(Last entry)
・Lunch & Cafe : 11:30 – 4:30 p.m. (L.O. 4:00 p.m.)
- Reservation for breakfast is required in advance.
- Breakfast plate is delivered to your table.
- In light of COVID-19, we are temporarily offering limited operations.There might be changes of service in response to requirements by national and/or local governments.
